Hello, Foodies!
It’s time to learn a bit more about the person behind the name Dot Pot.

He grew up in a family where eating well was serious business. In his home, it was clear — food wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience. He always dreamed of becoming a chef, but life took him down a different path.
About ten years ago, he decided to change everything and step into a professional kitchen.
He “tweaked” his resume a bit to skip the usual entry-level jobs like washing dishes and peeling potatoes, but he quickly found his footing. He already knew most of the stuff — all he needed was routine and a bit of theory.
After working in several restaurants and putting in a lot of effort, he made it to the position of head chef. While building his career, he also started sharing his passion for cooking on social media.

Today, he cooks for himself, his family, and friends — and runs his own cooking course for fellow Foodies!
His mission is to share real flavors, real techniques, and all the tricks he’s picked up over the years — without overcomplicating things, but with tons of taste.

Welcome to the jubilee – Twentieth Ballscup!

Ballscup is the only World Championship in the preparation of specialties from different types of testicles, which is held in Lunjevica- Gornji Milanovac.

Ballscup is a festival of love and peace, wisdom, and culinary magic seasoned with rock’n’roll. Please respect yourselves and others and let’s continue the tradition without a single incident.

In addition to the scheduled program, you can enjoy and try other accompanying activities such as horse riding, archery, etc.

Let’s show respect to the performers on stage, as well as the organizers, so please leave the Bluetooth speakers for other occasions and enjoy the music program.

Music is provided throughout the day and represents the spirit of the Association, playing loud music through Bluetooth speakers may result in team disqualification from all competitions.

GOULASH MAKING COMPETITION and INNOVATIONS

You may enter one or both categories:

1. Goulash
2. Innovation (be as creative as you dare)

RULES:

Testicles are the only meat allowed in the goulash, and they must be clearly discernable.
Serve your dish in the containers you received at check‑in.
Serve only goulash — no sides or garnishes (parsley, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.).
Pro tips for a winning goulash: go easy on spices and artificial coloring so the true flavor of the main ingredients can shine. Watch the heat level — super spicy isn’t always a crowd‑pleaser.

Inside the envelope you’ll receive is your team number. Place it under your dish when delivering it to the judges. Hold on to the control stub until winners are announced. You’ll need it to claim any prizes.

Judging factors: texture, appearance, flavor, and doneness.

PROHIBITED:

Slaughtering or skinning animals on festival grounds.
Playing music over bluetooth speakers during the event.
Damaging festival property.

ACCOMMODATION and CAMPING

Camping space is available for all participants and visitors August 28‑29. Pitch your tent or park your camper — restrooms, potable water, and showers are provided. Pick up a shower key at the Info Desk. A list of nearby lodging options is available on our website.

RECYCLING

Gornji Milanovac proudly bears the nickname “White Swan on a Green Lake.”

In that spirit, Mudrijada is committed to environmental protection. Before leaving, please sort glass, plastic, and aluminum, and bag your trash in bags you’ll get from the organizers. As last year, proceeds from recycled materials go to charity. Help us gather and recycle as much as possible!

FOOD & DRINK PAYMENTS

Mudrijada’s official festival currency is the МOOD. Buy ΜOOD tokens at the Info Desk and use them at all food and drink stalls.

FIRE SAFETY

Most teams cook over open fires. Please be responsible: keep flames under control and fully extinguish coals or burners before you leave.
